So says Andy Sieg, Head of Citi Wealth.

Andy joins the podcast to discuss all things Wealth. From clients’ increasingly global needs to private banking and wealth planning. As well as Citi Wealth - the exciting new integrated division he’s returned to Citi to lead.

Joining Andy is Kristen Bitterly, Head of Investment Solutions for Citi Wealth. Kristen talks about the emergence of technology in wealth management, the important causes investors are backing and the unique professional and personal rewards working at Citi brings.

Andy Sieg joined Citi in September 2023 as Head of Wealth. He is a member of Citi's Executive Management Team. 
Andy was previously the President of Merrill Wealth Management, where he oversaw a team of more than 25,000 people providing investment and wealth management services to individuals and businesses across the U.S. He joined Merrill Lynch in 1992, and previously held senior strategy, product and field leadership roles in the wealth management business. 
From 2005 to 2009, Andy served as a senior wealth management executive at Citi. He returned to Merrill Lynch in 2009 after the firm's acquisition by Bank of America. Earlier in his career, Andy served in the White House as an aide to the assistant to the President for Economic and Domestic Policy. 
Andy earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Penn State University and a Master's Degree in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School. He serves on the Board of the Friends of Notre-Dame de Paris and as an Advisory Council Member for the Stanford Center on Longevity. 
Andy and his wife, Heliane, and their three children reside in Greenwich, CT.

Kristen Bitterly Michell is Head of Investment Solutions for Citi Global Wealth. In this role, she is responsible for leading our investments business globally serving all of our clients at Citi Global Wealth. This includes delivering the entirety of our investment product offering including performance, innovation, development, platform and sales. 
Most recently, Kristen was Head of North America Investments at Citi Global Wealth where she was responsible for the investments business serving our Citi Gold and Private Bank clients across North America. Prior to this, Kristen has had numerous leadership roles in the organization including Head of Americas Capital Markets and Head of Investments for the East Region at Citi Private Bank. 
Kristen has spent over two decades in the industry leading teams at Citi, Credit Suisse and JP Morgan. A fluent Spanish speaker, Kristen has extensive experience covering clients globally and speaks regularly in the media and at industry conferences, presenting in both English and Spanish. 
Kristen holds a BA in Economics and Spanish Language & Literature from the University of Notre Dame (sum ma cum laude) and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. She holds FINRA Series 7, 63, 24, 65, 31 licenses.
